CHINA’S POSITION.
[Reuters Telegrams.] WAR IN CHINA. PEKIN, October 21. A non-eflieial telegram from' Chinwangtao says that Chang Tso Lin’s troops retreated ten miles to their former entrenched position. Another message says that Wu Pei Fu has ordered a general advance.
