[Reuters Teleguams.] ENGLAND V. AYKSTRALTA. PERTH. October 21. The game was resumed in dull and cloudy weather, the wicket being slow, but improving. Gilligau declared the innings closed at Saturday s score. West Australia made forty-four for nine wickets. Renfrew made eleven. The scores were unavailable owing to an interruption in telegraphic communication. PERTH. Oct. 21. Gilligau and Tate opened the bowling. The former takes a run of about 1 Guards-and gets up a good pare. Ho obtained the first wicket with the last ball of his over. The latter is hig and strong and he takes a short run, hut swings the ball in hand. Douglas moved rather stiffly and his howling is of moderate pace.
