The Warwick Karin Races were held on Ifamluiek Course yesterday, and were the centre of much interest, in view of the approaching A.J.C. Spring .Meeting. The weather was line and the going good. .Vow Xo.oki’nd horses figured prominently, winning two of the chief events, and being placed in two others. Clent ruin scored a victory in the Warwick Handicap, which was specially meritorious as she defeated a number of leading sprinters in a time equalling the lluudwick record, and snatching victory from another Xew Zealander by a narrow margin. The Cypher made a line finish in the September Handicap stalling olf a great eli'orL by Irish llyllun.
Three-year-old Handicap (second division): Solidify I, liorder Chief 2, I tone parte ,3. I t started. Won by a length. Time 1.28 1-1.
Klying Handicap.— Itlack Adder 1. Vilern.v I’, Director 3. Ift started. Won easily. Time 1 .'Jo I-I. Warwick Stakes.—Chntruiii (X.Z) I. Father's Voice (X.Z.) 3, liraebead 3. Won by a neck. Time 1.1 l I-I.

The Xew Zealnd horses, Farceur, Highlander and Mount•—*ten ran unplaced in the Liverpool Mile Handicap.
