The Conference unanimmtslv adopted the resolution and congratulated Government on signing the Anglo-Httssinn Treaties and calling on Government and the Commons to specially facilitate the ratification of treaties, and the application thereof as most important to the world peace and economic recovery. A resolution was adopted instructing the General Council to call a special Congress to decide upon industrial action immediately there is a danger of war.
