I.—-The Chairman to move:—“That pursuant to tbe provisions of Section 21 of tbe Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913. the Council proceed by special order, ami decide to pay tbe annualrecurring interest and sinking fund on Kakapotabi Bridge loan, No 2. of Cl.ooo at ol per cent, (repayable at the rate of £209 annually) out of the general fund.”
