They are as follows; A civil servant attending the annual training in camp, or performing any other military duty I n- whit It nay as hereinbefore provided is authorised may receive his departmental or Territorial military pay. whichever is tin greater, hut shall not receive hath. (h) Acquittance rolls and all claims for out-of-packet expenses incurred by trainees must be tirepared in ilrplieate ttnil sulnnittetl In the camp lomniamlant . who shall advise the command paymaster that such rolls, etc., are ready at least- three days before the time set apart for payment. (~) 'flip command paymaster or any mouther of the Army Pav Corps must not. in accordance with Treasury regulations, compile the pay rolls or claims submitted hy trainees. TSSCK OF CASH.
