SOVIET CONSBIRACY IN BALKANS ( "The Times” Service.] 'Received this day at 8 a.m.) LONDON. Aug. 18. The "Times” Sofia correspondent savs that strong continuation of the recent reports of Bolshevist conspiracies in the Balkans has been obtained hv the seizure of a cargo ot arms and ammunition on the Ithick Sea nast between Yaitia and Burgas. A sailer arrived irom Sebastopol with a cargo of ammunition, bombs, machine ohm's and l ilies, hut the Bolshevists got wind of an approaching raid to east fortv eases overboard, the remainder being seized. Thirty arrests followed. Some confessed that ti e cargo was consigned to the Bulgarian Communists for distribution to armed hands roaming ilu' country. Kvidcnco exists that previous car"ves were lauded undetected. The nuH,cities discovered a regular organisation tor the distribution thereof.
