Sir James Craig lias issued a statement wherein he reiterates his offer to meet Mr Cosgravc in a friendly spirit to settle the boundary question and aid expert opinion. Ally other method of settlement would only re-open the whole Irish question, with disastrous results to Ireland and the Empire.
