GERMAN DEMAND. [Reuters Telegrams.] (Received this dav at 10.25 a.in.) BERLIN, .July (>. Commenting on the Paris newspaper report that the German Foreign Minister demanded the prior, or simultaneous, evacuation of Ruhr as a compensation for obligations exceeding the Treaty of Versailles which it is proposed Germany shall undertake, the “Die Zoit,” Herr Stressman’s organ, says this demand was undoubtedly made and emphatically declares that without an indispensable certainty in regard to military evacuation of the Ruhr, no final result can be attained at the London Conference.
