The motion was agreed to on the voices, alter several members had endorsed the expressions of appreciation of past services and regret at tile severance of the old link of comrade-hip.

Some time ago the Brigade marked its appreciation of the long and taithfnl services rendered over such a long period of years by electing Mr Boss a life honorary memlier. Mr Bn" holds tile gold star of the ITiited fire Brigades' Association for 2A years’ service, and aKo a number of gold bars tor the additional service of years. Mr Boss has a valued record that both himsedi and the eominuiiitv can look hack on with pleasure and satisfaction.
