Tlio bazaar and sale of work at the Soldiers’ Hall was continued, yesterday. The attendance was only fair, hill the lui-ilicss done was equal to that, ol the opening day. hast night a small orchestra under the baton of .Mr \V. K. l'erry rendered a pleasing pmgramme of popular selections which was enjoyed by those present. There were some six or m-vcii instrumentalists. The various stalls and departments were well ((inducted and patrons were well served. Messrs Bain and Patterson (the joint secretaries) with the Committee were alert and kept things moving. The refreshment department was well patronised, the annexe proving a cosy retreat. TO-XIGHT. To-night the Bazaar will he brought (o a close. All goods will he on sale at clearing prices and good' business should result. At 0.20 o'clock there will he an auction sab l of unsold goods, so that patrons will he able to secure bargains. The Koval Orchestra will attend tonight and submit a special programme. 'llie usual games, including hoop-la and box hall will he in progress, and the refreshment department will ho open. For the final night there should lie a hamper attendance and liberal patronage to help the worthy cause in hand. To-Moirrtmv night. A wind-up Bazaar Ball is to he held to-morrow night commencing at P o'clock. This evening late the stalls will he demolished and to-morrow the hall and floor will ho prepared tv lift t should he a popular function. Special music has been engaged and supper will be served at 11 p.m. Ibe price of admission will !>o ladies Is fid. gentlemen 2s. The event should prove a very successful wind up to the Bazaar movement.
