The English Rugby League team, prior to their departure lor the North Coast, issued a message of welcome to the All Blacks, regretting their inability to meet them, and wishing them a successful tour. THE ALL BLaCKS. DUN EDI X, June 30, At a meeting of the Committee of the Otago Rugby Union to-night, it was unanimously decided to nominate Mr 11. Harris as delegate to represent New Zealand at the Football Conference at London. Members expressed the opinion that Mr Harris would make an ideal delegate as lie had a very intimate knowledge of football in New Zealand for many years past. OTAGO NOMINATES HARRIS. DUNEDIN, July 1. The Otago Rugby Union has nominated Mr Harry Harris for delegate to the Imperial Rugby Conference.
