Kint' had obtained a sinned statemeu! that •‘this was my whaeh of Stephens robbery” front the accused. On receiving a reply in the uveal ive I rum his Honor, the jury again retired, returning at 4.15 p.m. with a verdict of Not Cuilty” on iill charges.
The prisoner was then discharged, and the jury wer* l relieved I rum further nttendanee. IN CHAMBERS.
In chambers, on the application of Mr Park, his Honor admitted .Mr A. D. Block as a barrister of the Supreme Court.
