The death occurred on Sunday at Christchurch at the age of G 1 of Air John Corbett. He contracted pneumonia five days ago and complications, which eventually resulted in his death, ensued. He was very well known in all parts of the Dominion, particularly Canterbury, Westland and Otago. He spent practically the whole of his life in the employ of A. and T. Burt, Ltd. He leaves a widow, two sons and a daughter.
