Hendren 55) against Gloucester, who lost five for 112. Dowling for Gloucester. Parker took 5 for (>5, and K. .Mills -1 for 59. Hampshire made 183 (Tennyson 71). against Somerset, who lost fi for 108. Against the South Africans, Notts, in the second innings, lost 7 for 23?. (John Gunn 89, George Gunn SS. Staples 22. Whysall 21). Pegler took 4 for 47. Notts won by three wickets.
