‘THE lOOtli. CHANCE”.—FIJI DAY. On Friday night McLean’s Pictures present a wonderfully successful sporting drama “The 100th. Chalice”, starring Sydney Seaward. It is a great -porting presentation and tells of a clever trainer, who take- the hundredth chance to win hi- bride. The owner of the racing stable Lord .Saltash tries to get the girl and there arises a very interesting series of complications around the crippled brother ul the girl. Ultimately by means of money supplied bv the trainer, ,f. Boulton. the brother is returned to health and there is a very satisfactory linale. The supporting programme includes a comedy, gazette, and further chapters of the serial “The Timber Queen.”
