Air D. C. Bates, Government meteorologist, forwarded the following forecast at liocn to-day:— . The indications arc for variable and moderate breezes veering by west to south. The weather will probably prove squally with heavy showers and nrobahlv become colder shortly. Barometer rising shortly. Seas heavy, tides good.
