SOAfE LIFE DISQUALIFICATIONS

CHRISTCHURCH, April 19
The New Zealand Trotting Assn, resolved that F. Johnston of Sydney, he disqualified tor life for (1) "Wilfully and corruptly supplying false information; (2) making false declarations in connection with the horses Don Caesar and Lord Rounchild.
Resolved that F. C. Handbury and Robert Allen he each fined £2O for a breach of the rules.
That A. R. Kdgerton, l>e summoned to appear lvefore a meeting to show cause why he should not be dealt with for a breach of the rules.
Resolved that 1\ Grant of Sydney, •AV. AlcNeill of Sydney and C. Mussen of Sydney bo disqualified for life for corrupt practice.
That A. 0. Hodgson (Invercargill) bo disqualified for life for corrupt prac tice in respect to the alleged sale to' J. Smith, together with the horses Landy Dragon and Four O’Clock. It was decided to summon F. Black (Invercargill) to attend the next meeting to show cause why lie should not be dealt with for breach of the rules respecting the horse Four O’Clocic. It was decided to cancel the registration of Temerity, Ivaloon, and Welcome Home.
