The Prime Minister (the lit. Hon W. F. Massey) yesterday celebrated the 30th. anniversary of his election to Parliament. Mr Massey was first returned for the electorate of Waiteimitn, which he represented from IS9-1 o 1893. In the latter year Mr Massey was elected member for Franklin, and he has been the representative of that constituency over since.
