Mr Cosgrove aniimiueed that the Dail Government had rent hed an ultimatum from General ToIdn and Colonel Dalton on helmlf id the Kxeeutive Council of the Irish Republican army, lie said it was impossible for Government to ignore this challenge and steps would he taken to deal with t'm matter.
Joseph McGrath (Minister of Industry and Commerce) lias announced lie has resinned on account of the mud tiling in connection with the army tre able.
