The Ross Flower Show was held on Saturday last, and was again fortunate in having perfect weather. There was a large entry of exhibits, including some Lorn Hokitika and some from South Westland. -Airs S. Bennett again judged the cookery, and sewing. Air A. B. Boyd, the Flowers, and Air Fred Howard, senr.. the vegetables, anjl tiieii judging gave eminent satisfaction. Air Boyd also exhibited some line blooms grown by himself, and Air ’1 . E. V. Scddou also sent in a line exhibition of flowers. The Committee of the Show are greatly indebted to the judges who hair given their services continuously ‘■ii tlie past eight years.
