MRS DOWN’S BODY. HOBART Feb. 21. Tile police found a ehall' bag eunta;ning portions of Mrs Down's body comprising the head, shoulders and part of the trunk. A post mortem examination revealed that the feet and amis bad been burnt and the remainder of the body charred. GERMAN STEAMER SAILS. (Received this dav at 11.10 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 21.
