1\ AND T. OFFICERS. WELLINGTON, Fob. 19
Differences .of opinion as to tlife decisions given have led to the registration from the Rost and Telegraph Officers’ Appeal Board of the two members who represent the service. Fresh nominations were (-ailed, and closed yesterday, and it appears that the only members nominated were those who had resigned. These having been reelected unopposed, it is held that the members of the R. and T. services have approved of the stand which their representatives took up, and tre position has therefore aroused a good deal of interest. The Board consists of the chairman, Mr E. C. Cutten, S.M., (the representative appointed by the Department), Mr G. B. Dali, and one member elected by the Service to deal with telegraph cases, and one to deal with postal cases.
