Minister of Education, unde, drawing attention to to the resolutions carried at the recent conference of F.tlueatinn Boards, and combating the Board’s attitude with reference to the use ol the grading scheme as an appointments scheme being clearly explained in the previous letter, of which copies would be supplied to all school commit tees in the Canterbury district.
