Chairman of the Reparations Commission to ] ropuse the appointment of ;t committee to investigate Germany’s resources. Tho plan outlined, however, indicates that M. I’oincaro adheres to the limitations of the inquiry which he had already announced. The committee would include assistant delegates of the powers represented on the Commission and an export 1 appointed liv each country. According to various advices Horn Doom, twelve passports authorising the journey to Berlin, have Leon handed to the ex-Kaiser.
