New Zealand lias in recent years seen her dairying industry advance bv leaps and bounds, measured by volume and value of product, but till* results are small compared with what they might be if adequate attention were paid to the quality ol the animals employed in this great, and growing, and very profitable pursuit. -—“Lyttelton Times.”
