Father Finnerty who was heartily applauded 011 rising io reply, saiil words failed him to express his feelings, but he was grateful for their kindness, which he did not deserve. It had been a pleasure to he among them, and he left with a sense of regret. He thanked till for their expressions of regard and their handsome present, and extended a hearty welcome home to their pastor, Dr Kennedy.
