BIG CANADIAN LOAN. OTTAWA. Sept. 19.
The Canadian Government has negotiated a loan of 50,000.000 dollars at 5 per cent, in 20-year bonds. The principal and interest are payable in Canada. The bonds have been purchased hy a Canadian syndicate. This is the biggest domestic loan in Canadian history outside the war loans. .
