The Indian Nationalist Congress executive has carried by 23 to nine a iesolution declaring that the Kenya de vision proves that India cannot honourably remain a member of the British Empire, and must now seriously consider the advisability of working “swaraj.” independent of the British connection. A proposal suggesting retaliation bv a severance of commercial relations with the dominions and colonies, and boycott of the exhibition, was rejected, the speakers stating that the original resolution was comprehensive. RESOLUTION CONFIRMED. DELHI, Sept. 19. The Nationalist Congress had a ne.ued deflate, and confirmed the resolution For boycotting British Empire goods, as a protest against the Kenya decision, thus reversing a previous decision, refusing to single out British goods in the interest of the consumer. Some of the speeches were hotly an-ti-British.
