Tfie New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board Ims received the following cable from its London Office, dated. 14th. September, 1923, advising Sinithfield delivered prices at that date as follows : Prime Canterbury lamb. 29 to 301bs. 115 per lb; 37 to 421b*. lid per lb; 43 to SOlbs. 10}d pet lb. Second quality lambs 10j!d per lb. Other selected brands of lambs, 29 to 361 bs lid per lb; 37 to 421bs 103 d per lb. Alutton—Light-weight wethers, Ssd per lb; medium, 8d per lb; heavy i j per lb; ewes, Gjd per lb. Ox beef.—Fores 2RI per lb: binds, 43d per lb. Heavy supplies of pork and game- temporarily affecting market.
