AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION CHAMPION HORSES. (Received this dav at 12.45 p.tn.) LONDON, Sept. 10. The last difficulty in connection with Papyrus’s trip to United States, has been solved. Mr Irish (owner of Papyrus) has received permission from the Department of Agriculture at A\ ashington to take sufficient English fodder for Papyrus and Bnrgold, during their stay in America, provided the British Board of Agriculture certifies none of the fodder or oats were grown in a district infected with foot and mouth disease. When the food lias been inspected in New York it will lie transported direct to Belmont Park. Mr Irish expects Zcv to be the American champion, but Americans aro only obliged to nominate their horse by October lith.
