[llV TEIiEOJUrH—per ri!F,s.s association-.] X.Z. TROTTING ASSOCIATION. CHRLSTCHI'RCH, Sept. 7. At a meeting of the board of the New Zealand Trotting Asociatimi tonight Mr P. Selig was uiiaiiiinously reelected President, an office be lias held continuously since the foundation of the Association in 1800. Mr J. H. illiams was elected Vice-President, and Mr AY. J. Hopkins, traesnre. The registration of the Vaimate Trotting Club was refused. It was decided to empower Mr P. Selig and Mr C. F. Alark to cite F. Johnston, of Sydney, to appear liefore them during their approaching visit to Australia, so that they might make full inquiries into Johnston’s transactions with horses.
