The House met at t .30 p.m. After formal business had been disposed of the House went into committee on the Dairy Produce Export. Control Bill which vas passed with the amendment that the Board of Control should he elected directly by the producers and a new clause that the Act shall not come into force until approved by the produce)s by means of a referendum. At the evening sitting the House went into Committee of Supply to consider tlie estimates when the Education vote of £2.637.380 and a railway vet:* at £6.050,000 were passed. At 2.55 the House rose till noon.
