The people were _ prosperous looking. He met President Cosgrave, and the principal Freo Stato Ministers. All of them discounted Mr De Vnlera”h influence, and were confident of a- majority, in co-operation with the Farmers’ Party. Mr Connolly visited the Free Stato Government Departments, and was surprised and pleased at the smoothness of the Ministerial and Departmental administration, which equalled the British administration in their efficiency.
