Fifteen thousand Ottoman Creek refugees in the prison camps here will starve to death, soon after August B 5 unless fresh arrangements are made to feed them. The American Near East Relief I mid Ims ‘pent millions of dollars on these and other refugees, and now announces that the funds are exhausted, and that no food will he available after August Id. The Creek Covernment has been notified, and has given another low " weeks’ provisions. The Greeks may he : Ido to transfer the victims, as, when the exchange of population begins, it here should soon be room in the interior villages. ANGORA DECISION. CONSTANTINOPLE, Aug. 5 The Angora Government decided not to demobilise before Constantinople and the Straits were evacuated.
