The Selection Committee of the West Coast Rugby Union met on Monday evening, and selected as the West Coast team to play Canterbury iops the same men as played Nelson on Saturday last, viz Full-back : (moduli ; three-quarters: Steel, W arnes and Movnihnii; five-eighths: McKay and Nelson; half-back : Palmer; wing-for-ward: Moimtt; bookers: Davis and Devnnev; lock, Rnnnister: sides: Hagar and Burley; back rank: O’Regan and Jamieson. Emergency forward: . Wright: backs : Reynolds and Row ley. The Canterbury team to visit trie Coast, playing in Oreymoutli on Wednesday next, is a “TV’ team, the first fifteen selection going on tour in the North Island.
