AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. A REPARATION PROPOSAL. (Received ties dnv at 31.45 a.m.) PARIS, July 25. Referring to suggestions that for the next fifteen years Germany’s payments ho devoted to reconstruction of devastated areas and repayment of British debt to United States, the “Matin” sava the French and Belgian Ambassadors in London have been instructed to discuss a plan with Lord Curzon. The scheme, is favourably considered in Brussels and it will not be surprising if Belgium takes the initiative in progressing it officially.
