AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. IRISH LOYALISTS. (Received this day at 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, July 24. In the House of Lords, Lord Midloton, on behalf of Irish loyalists, initiated :l debate with a number of peers, and attacked the Irish policy of the late Government. Lord Birkenhead vigorously defended it. Lord Devonshire promised that Government would look after the interests of Irish loyalists.
