[“The Times” Service.] GOLD TEETH IN TPRKEY. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 22. The Angora Minister of Religions Affairs has published a decree permitting the faithful to wear gold teeth. The Mahommedan faith forbids the carrying o! any luxurious ornaments, except a silver ring, the value of which must not exceed the price of a winding sheet. The prices of the two articles were practically identical in .Mahotnntod's time.
