The new flag will Irj a crimson ground, with a star in the centre, displaying a globe containing a hammer, a sickle and tho motto; “Workers of the World, Unite.” EPIDEMIC OF MALARIA. LONDON, July 7. Tho “Daily Express” states Russia is in tho grip of a deadly epidemic of malaria. It is officially estimated that there have been 15,000,000 cases this vear, crippling the industries and agriculture.
