A WATAROA FAREWELL
(From a correspondent). A social was tendered Air George Henderson at the factory residence. AYataroa. on the evening oi June 21st. Mr Henderson lias severed his tonnection with the AYataroa Dairy Company alter spending five years to their employ, he having decided to go to the North Island. A very pleasant evening was spent. Air C. D. Lucas, the Company's secretary read an address from the residents outlining Air Henderson’s good qualities and good fellowship during hi.-, stay at AAataroa, wishing him every success in his luture life. Iu reply Air Henderson stated lie had spent a very pleasant time at AYataroa. and he hoped the Company would ho successful in securing a good Manager, as it was his opinion that dairying in South AA’estlaml had a great luture. stating that although he was leaving manv friends, has aim was to hettci himself- . Air Henderson left by motor car for Hokitika next morning en route for the North Island.
