Tho agents of the Department* of Justice have arrested 13 persons who are accused of counterfeiting physicians’ liquor prescription forms, also revenue stamps, and permits for the withdrawal of alcoholic beverages from the Government warehouses. The counterfeiters included three custodians of such warehouses. The agents state the Government has been swindled out of millions of dollars through the activities of these bands. REVOLUTION FEARED. IN HONDURAS. NEW YORK, June 7. San Salvador reports that telegraphic communication with Honduras has been cut off for a fortnight. Confidential messages received by the Government at Washington from Honduras reveal signs of a pending revolution. Refugees arriving in New Orleans consider a revolution is certain.
