LONDON, May 14 A message from Cologne says that Frau Ivrupp has been ordered to leave occupied Germany within four days. FRENCH COMMENT. (Received this day at 9.25 a.m.) PARIS, May 14. “Lo Temps,” commenting on the British and Italian replies to Germany, says they show France and Belgium were right in replying separately. They really had no other choice, as neitiier the British or Italian answers mention Ruhr. Both Britain and Italy claimed the German offer u:is the result of their efforts, hut it would have been done spontaneously sooner or later, as Herr Cuno was driven to find a way out of the present impasse.
