May 13 The “Daily Express” says thai? the Free State to-day secretly handed over to the British authorities Mr Art O’Brien, who is now en route to London. LONDON, May 14. The Australian Press Association’s Dublin correspondent confirms, tho statement that Mr O’Brien crossed to England, bound for London, and on Sunday night was lodged in Brixton Gaol, pending the result of his appeal to the House of Lords.
