The Note also disputes the argument that France’s action is a breach of the Versailles Treaty. THE. MILITARY SENTENCES. BERLIN, Alay 11. The ease of Henry Holmhorst, a military trainee, who was recently held iii detention by the military efficcr, and not allowed out to attend the bedside of his dying mother, is receiving attention by tho Minister of Defence who apparently is moved to take drastic action in the matter. Hohnliorst has been granted a railway pass to enable him to travel and identify the officer who refused him leave on such occasion.
