It is reported, from Titlis. that the Red Armv C'ommander-in-Chief, General Ego roll', his Chief-of-Staif, General Potigahchcfi. and several other Staff Officers of the Red Army have been arrested on a charge of conspiring against the Bolshevik authorities. POLISH. DEMONSTRATK)N. WARSAW. April 6. A huge protest meeting against the recent execution of the Polish prelate, I)r Budkevitch, at Moscow, has been held here. One hundred thousand people marched to the British Legation, and they cried. “Long live. England!” A deputation requested the Premier to intervene energetically on behalf of the imprisoned Catholic priests in Russia. Access to the Russian and the Ukrainian Legations was barred by the police, owing to the possibility of disturbances.
