Air Snowden gave notice of motion for Tuesday, calling the attention of the failure ot the capialist system adequately to utilise and organise natural resources, and productive power or provide the necessary .standard of life for vast numbers ot the population: that legislative effort should he directed to the gradual supersession of a sysetu based upon public ownership. Notice was given of several amendments upholding the existing commercial system and urging legislature to prevent it being hampered by Statecontrol.
