LONDON, Feh. 19 Though the Free State amnesty has brought little response so far in many parts of Ireland, there have been notable revel surrenders in North Cork, North Kerry, and Limerick, while the Irregular leader at Tralee has publicly offered the surrender of 500 men. The surrenders in Cork include one of the most influential leaders. The Irregular leader at Kanturk has handed over arms, equipment, and explosives. The Free Staters are fighting rebels at Cnplemore, in the M icklow mountains, at Macrootn, and Ballingary. IRISH REPRISALS. (Received this dav at S n.m.) LONDON, Feb. 19 As a reprisal for the executions, rebels burned the mansion of the exCrown Solicitor, Ballina. The damage is estimated at £20.000 sterling. As a counter to the Republicans burning of MacCabc's house, armed men visited tho houses oi prominent IrrCognlars in Dublin and wrecked the furniture.
