AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION GREEK ARMY IN THRACE ZONE. LONDON, Feb 12. The “Dailv Express's” Salonika correspondent ' says : —A well-organised and splendidly-equipped Greek army is concentrated between Salonika and the Maritza. It wails a signal from the Allies to seek revenge against the Turks. War is the sole topic of conversation among the civil and niilitarv population of Thrace and Macedonia. The Greek commander said the re-organised army is awaiting developments. It would not light unless provoked or obliged to do so in the interests of world peace, and then only with the Great Powers' approval; but the people generally fully expect the Allies to decide on war owing to the Turks’ refusal to sign the Lausanne Treaty.
