An alarming report lias been received from Gelsenkirchen (live miles north west of Essen) of a tight between French amd German soldiers. The Germans refused to allow a motor containing two French soldiers to proceed. A wrangle followed, and a Frenchman drew a revolver, and killed a German. The Germans retreated, firing upon the motor.
